Every lash appointment is a chance to slow down and treat yourself. Full sets typically take 2–3 hours depending on the style you choose, while fills are quicker. You'll be lying back in a comfortable, private studio the whole time — so think of it as your lash nap.

  • Yes! When applied by a trained lash artist using professional-grade products, lash extensions are completely safe. At Winx we use high-quality materials and precise application techniques to protect the health of your natural lashes throughout the process.

  • Lash extensions naturally shed with your own lash cycle, which is typically every 6–8 weeks. Most clients come in for a fill every 2–3 weeks to keep their lashes looking full and fresh.

  • Yes, with a few adjustments. Avoid oil-based products around the eye area as they can break down the lash adhesive. Mascara isn't necessary — and if you do use it, only apply it to the tips and use a water-based formula.

  • After your appointment, avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours to allow the adhesive to fully cure. After that, you're good to go — including showers, swimming, and workouts.

  • Sensitive eyes are totally manageable! Let me know at the time of your appointment, and we can discuss options including a patch test to make sure you're comfortable throughout the service.

  • A full set is your starting point — a complete application from scratch. A fill maintains your existing set by replacing lashes that have naturally shed. Fills are shorter appointments and recommended every 2–3 weeks.
